We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Life/Group Benefit Insurance or Healthcare Claims Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and adjudicating Insurance/ healthcare claims accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
- Process benefit administration and claim support activities.
- Review claim documentation and determine appropriate next steps.
- Conduct provider outreach to obtain required information.
- Manage follow-up activities and resolve outstanding requests.
- Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and service-level standards.
- Identify and resolve processing exceptions.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
- Support multiple product lines and workflows.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- (L2) Support training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and recommend process improvements.

Eligibility

? Graduate in any discipline (excluding Btech).

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Disability, Leave Administration, Insurance, Claims Processing, Healthcare Operations, or Contact Center.
- Experience in provider outreach and benefits support activities.
- Exposure to quality and productivity performance metrics.
