We are looking for an experienced BDM – IT Domestic Staffing who has a strong track record in client acquisition and business development.

⭐ Key Requirement: Candidates with strong existing relationships with corporate/IT clients and an established client network will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop new business opportunities in domestic IT staffing• Maintain & expand relationships with existing clients• Generate current staffing requirements and business leads• Handle client meetings, negotiations & closures• Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue & business targets

Skills Required

✔️ 5+ years of IT Domestic Staffing BD experience

✔️ Strong corporate client network

✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔️ Proven business development & client acquisition experience

✔️ Target-oriented approach
