Nestled in the heart of Bandra, Vita Bella is a cozy café built around crafted coffee, artisanal beverages, dreamy affogatos, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people who love connecting with others and want to be part of a young, creative, and growing café brand.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior baristas in preparing coffee, beverages, and café specials.
- Learn coffee brewing, espresso preparation, latte art, and day-to-day café operations.
- Greet and engage with customers warmly and create a welcoming café experience.
- Take orders and assist customers with menu recommendations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall café standards.
- Support the team with daily opening, closing, and operational tasks.
- Actively participate in Vita Bella’s social media and content creation, including appearing in reels, photos, and other brand content when required.
- Contribute to creating a fun, friendly, and energetic atmosphere at the café.

- Comfortable being featured on social media, reels, photographs, and other brand content.
- Prior hospitality or food-service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Content creation, social media, or on-camera experience is a plus.

Working Hours

- 9 hours per day
- 6 days a week

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
