We are looking for motivated and skilled candidates to join our Bakery Production Team , with a primary focus on the preparation and production of croissants, sandwiches, rolls, snacks and other fast-food products .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery and snack products
• Prepare croissants, sandwiches, rolls, snacks and fast-food items as per defined recipes and processes
- Follow established quality, food-safety and production standards
- Support senior chefs and the production team in daily operations
- Handle ingredients, utensils and bakery equipment responsibly
- Maintain consistency in taste, freshness, quality and presentation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety
- Ensure timely completion of daily production requirements
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in bakery, food production or QSR operations will be an advantage
- Freshers with a strong interest in bakery and food production may also apply
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
- Willingness to learn and work in a production-oriented environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
