Back Office (Marketing Executive is Responsible for providing backend support to the marketing and sales team. Duties include maintaining client and lead data, preparing MIS reports, coordinating with field executives, handling documentation, supporting marketing activities, and managing client follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide backend support to the marketing and sales team
- Maintain and update client, lead, and enquiry data
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Coordinate with field marketing/sales executives
- Handle client communication and follow-ups
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and marketing documents
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Track marketing leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in vendor coordination and marketing material procurement
- Maintain coordination with Accounts, Dispatch, and Production teams
- Support management with required reports and documentation
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients




- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor campaign performance and share basic analysis
- Handle email communication and official correspondence

Candidate Profile Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / BA preferred) , Marketing or Business Administration background will be an advantage

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Back Office / Marketing Support / Sales Coordination
