Role : Business Development Executive – B2B Sales (Printing and Packaging)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Work Mode: Work from Home + Field Visits

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and business development in the Bangalore market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, meeting senior decision-makers, understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable anti-counterfeiting and packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate new B2B customers through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research
- Meet senior management and present Holograms, Self-Adhesive Labels, Blister Foils, Aluminium Foils and Security Solutions
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
- Handle negotiations and follow up to close business
- Generate recent revenue opportunities and expand the customer base
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, roadshows and industry events




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Follow the company's sales process and update activities in CRM
- Follow up for outstanding payments and required statutory documents

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience
- Experience in Printing & Packaging industry will be an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition and field sales
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development
- Ability to independently manage the Bangalore market
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred
