1. Strategy & Corporate Planning

- Support the development and execution of corporate and business strategies as per goals of the company.
- Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and track execution against defined milestones.

2. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;)

- Identify, evaluate, and assess potential acquisition, partnership, joint venture, and investment opportunities.
- Perform financial, commercial, operational, and strategic analysis of potential transactions.
- Coordinate due diligence activities with internal teams and external advisors.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Prepare investment memorandums, valuation summaries, and transaction documentation.
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution through to closure.
- Coordinate post-merger integration activities and monitor synergy realization where applicable.

3. Internal Process Optimization & Business Evaluation





- Analyze financial statements, business models, operating performance, and investment opportunities.
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate transaction risks and identify value creation opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

4. Strategic Projects & Operations

- Drive cross-functional strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Recommend operational improvements and process optimization initiatives.

5. Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with investors, consultants, legal advisors, investment bankers, auditors, and external partners.
- Collaborate with internal leadership teams to align strategic priorities.
