We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in test automation and banking/financial services applications. The candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and join immediately or within a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for banking applications
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, regression and integration testing
- Automate functional, regression and end-to-end testing using appropriate automation frameworks
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test cases
- Perform API testing and validate backend/database data
- Identify, document, track and validate defects through closure
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and other QA teams
- Participate in SIT, UAT and production validation activities
- Ensure test coverage, quality standards and timely delivery
- Support continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes

Required Skills





- 10 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation
- Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Selenium / Java / Python or similar automation tools
- Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman / REST Assured
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing
- Experience with TestNG / JUnit, Maven and automation frameworks
- Positive understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience with JIRA, Git and CI/CD tools will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management and test methodologies
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Candidate Preference

- 10 years overall QA/Automation experience
- Banking domain experience is mandatory
- Immediate joiner / candidates serving short notice preferred
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority
