- Compensation: Project based, with the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 USD (approximately 96,000 INR) per month

We are hiring an Automation Developer for ongoing projects across our home care and home health businesses. This is a contract role. Payment is tied to completed project milestones, and monthly earnings depend on the number and scope of projects assigned. The monthly amount is an earning opportunity, not guaranteed pay. You must be reachable to collaborate with our team during 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. HST. We will agree on each project’s scope and timeline in advance. This availability window does not mean you must work ten hours every day.

What you’ll do:

- Build and improve GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, and follow-up sequences.
- Build integrations and advanced workflows in n8n when needed.
- Test automations before handoff and fix issues found during testing.




- Document each workflow so our team can use and troubleshoot it.
- Design workflows that are transparent and easy for staff to use.
- Communicate progress and blockers promptly.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience building GHL automations independently.
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and documentation skills.
- Clear communication and reliable availability during HST business hours.
- n8n experience is preferred.

Small projects typically pay $100–$300 USD (approximately 9,600–28,800 INR), depending on scope and complexity. Before each project begins, we will agree on its deliverables, price, milestones, and timeline. Total assigned work will stay within the $1,000 USD (approximately 96,000 INR) monthly budget.
