We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Architectural Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing 2D and 3D architectural floor plans, residential and commercial building designs, working drawings, elevations, sections, and related architectural drawings based on client requirements.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting, with the ability to understand space requirements and convert concepts into accurate and practical building plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D residential and commercial floor plans using AutoCAD.
- Develop architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and working drawings.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Prepare residential building plans for independent houses, villas,
apartments, and other residential projects.
- Prepare layouts and architectural drawings for commercial buildings and spaces.
- Incorporate Vastu principles into building layouts wherever required.
- Prepare drawings suitable for building approvals / municipal submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and project teams to incorporate design changes.
- Make revisions to drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, room sizes, circulation, setbacks, and overall space planning.
- Create basic 3D models/visualizations using SketchUp when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized drawing files for ongoing projects.
