Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Australian Accounting & Compliance Associate to manage accounting, bookkeeping, reporting and compliance activities for Australian clients/entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day Australian bookkeeping, AP, AR and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports and accounting records.
- Assist with BAS, GST, PAYG, STP and other Australian compliance requirements.
- Manage month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Coordinate with Australian clients and internal accounting teams.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audits when required.
- Work on platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Dext and Business Central.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience with Australian accounting exposure.




- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting and compliance processes.
- Hands-on experience with Xero/QBO preferred.
- Strong Excel, reconciliation and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- B.Com/ M.Com/MBA/CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA or relevant accounting qualification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
