- Stay updated and ensure adherence to export regulations, customs requirements, and environmental standards relevant to the chemical industry.
- Issue and manage certificates, documentation and licenses necessary for export activities.
- Timely renewal of licences, certificate and other relevant documents for the shipping and air freight.
- Ensure compliance related to packaging including packaging material requirement for various finished valuable products and maintaining the stock of the same.
- Ensure approval of certificates, pre-shipment and post-shipment documents for export procedure.
- Negotiate with agencies for storage of materials to be export, prepare and maintain regular MIS of materials in storage.
- Proficiency in intercoms and global shipping knowledge
- Trade Regulations and knowledge
- Oversee the coordination of transportation, including shipping, air freight, and trucking, Customs to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations. Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics service providers.
