About the Role
VT Netzwelt is looking for freshers with excellent spoken English, confidence, and a strong interest in sales to join our team as an Associate Sales Development Representative (Associate SDR). In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients in the US market, introducing our IT services, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified business opportunities. The role includes an initial 6-month internship period, with an opportunity to move into a Full-Time Associate SDR position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the USA.
- Speak with prospects and introduce VT Netzwelt's IT services.
- Understand the prospect's business requirements through effective conversations.
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling and online prospecting.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who:
- BBA or MBA freshers Preferred
- Has excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Is confident speaking in English with people over the phone.
- Has a solid interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Is comfortable making a high volume of cold calls.
- Is confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Is comfortable with targets and performance-driven work.
- Has good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Is eager to learn and build a career in international sales.
- Is comfortable working in a US/night shift.
