Role & responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day production activities and meet production targets.

- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

- Operate or assist with production machinery and equipment after proper training.

- Perform basic quality checks and ensure products meet required specifications.

- Maintain accurate production records, checklists, and reports.

- Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.

- Support supervisors and production operators in improving productivity and reducing waste.

- Participate in training programs and learn manufacturing processes and technologies.

- Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.

Preferred candidate profile

- Problem-solving and attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality concepts.

- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

- Willingness to learn and work in a production workplace.
