Summary:

UST is looking for a SampleManager LIMS Master Data Consultant with 3–4 years of relevant LIMS experience, preferably with hands-on experience in SampleManager LIMS. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, validating, and governing LIMS Master Data while collaborating with laboratory, business, quality, and LIMS teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain, and manage Master Data in SampleManager LIMS.
- Set up and maintain:
- - Analyses, Components, and Component Lists
- Specifications and Limits
- Products and Materials
- Units of Measure
- Result Components
- Laboratory reference and configuration data

- Translate laboratory and business requirements into accurate LIMS Master Data configurations.
- Perform bulk Master Data creation and updates using approved templates and tools.
- Review Master Data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
- Support Master Data migration, mapping, cleansing, validation, and verification activities.
- Troubleshoot Master Data issues impacting laboratory workflows and LIMS processes.
- Collaborate with business users, laboratory teams, quality teams, and LIMS stakeholders to resolve data and configuration issues.

Required Skills





- 3–4 years of relevant LIMS experience.
- Hands-on experience with SampleManager LIMS preferred.
- Strong understanding of LIMS Master Data and laboratory workflows.
- Experience with Master Data configuration, maintenance, migration, and validation.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with laboratory, business, quality, and technical teams.
