Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, implement, and troubleshoot Windows-based software and applications.

- Provide technical support for applications deployed across operational sites.

- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows Registry, Windows Services, system configuration, and application dependencies.

- Work with databases and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue resolution.

- Support implementation and maintenance of digitization/imaging applications.

- Diagnose and resolve application, software, and system-related technical issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for application implementation and troubleshooting.

- Perform application testing, configuration, and deployment activities.

- Maintain technical documentation related to installations, configurations,



and troubleshooting.

- Support business/operations teams in resolving technical issues related to imaging and digitization workflows.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Windows Architecture.

- Strong understanding of Windows Registry and Windows Services.

- Good knowledge of Databases and SQL Queries.

- Hands-on experience in Windows-based software installation and implementation.

- Experience in Digitization / Imaging domain.

- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.
