- Process domestic and export Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and invoices, Debit & Credit Notes.

- Manage customer enquiries, quotations and order-related coordination.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.

1. Export & Logistics

- Upload orders on DHL 4PL Portal.

- Handle pre- and post-shipment export documentation.

- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and logistics partners.

- Review shipping documents, BL drafts and shipment checklists.

1. Banking & Export Realization

- Coordinate export document submission, inward remittances and BRC realization.

- Liaise with banks and CA firms for 15CA and other banking requirements.

1. Sales MIS & Business Analytics

- Prepare Monthly Sales Reports, AOP presentations

(power point)

and commission reports.

- Perform sales, customer and product analysis and support management reporting.

1. ERP & Customer Portal Management

- Maintain vendor and transaction-related master data in Focus ERP.

- Upload invoices and required documents on customer portals.

1. Tender & Export Incentives

- Manage online tender and bidding submissions.

- Maintain FOB statements and coordinate Duty Drawback & RoDTEP-related activities.

Compliance & Regulatory Coordination

- Coordinate FDA renewals, Chemexcil certification, IT notices and audit requirements.

- Liaise with auditors, consultants and regulatory stakeholders, ISO related documentation, Online submission of UN Certification work of Haz. Product.

1. Management & Cross-Functional Support

- Provide reporting and operational support to senior management and functional heads.

- Handle special assignments and non-routine business requirements.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales invoices for

AICPL and ASMPL
