WE’RE HIRING – ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER A premium, high-volume café in Anjuna, Goa is looking for a strong, systems-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands restaurant operations beyond just floor service.
MUST HAVE: 4–5 years of relevant F&B; experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management & stock control
- Good understanding of food cost, beverage cost & cost control
- Experience with POS systems, daily reports, voids, discounts and billing controls
- Ability to implement and follow SOPs, checklists and operating systems
- Knowledge of wastage control, pilferage prevention and stock variance
- Strong floor management and guest handling skills
- Ability to train, supervise and hold the team accountable
- Valuable understanding of café, restaurant and bar operations
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports and daily targets
We need someone who is organised, process-driven and accountable — not someone who only manages the floor.
Location: Anjuna, Goa
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
