- This position is responsible for planning, monitor and control all production activities under his domain, so as to meet the customers schedule. Position will be responsible to enhance the skill, knowledge and competence level of his team by focusing on continuous Training. Position is critical for managing & improving production activities related to CNC, Moulding, welding, assembly process. The role ensures production target, quality compliance, process improvements, cost control, on time delivery. Responsible to ensure defect free product manufacturing and enhancing the production capacity. Position will continue to improve productivity, reduce cost by eliminating process waste and non-value-added activities.

Main Job Responsibilities:

- To plan Daily, Weekly and Monthly production schedule based on the customers requirements.
- CNC Machining, welding Technology (SPOT Welding), Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, RCA, Production planning & Control, IATF
- To have a strong knowledge of CNC operation, Moulding (or) welding process control




- To arrange resources like Manpower and Material so as to ensure seamless Manufacturing
- To review and analyse production reports, defect report and initiate appropriate counter measure to improve the Production
- To coordinate with sales, Material planning to accomplish Production Plan
- To provide expert advice
- To co-ordinate with Inter & Intra department
- To effective management of inventory
- To effectively manage new product introduction
- To manage customer audit and comply with customers specific requirements.
- To effectively comply with IMS and IATF requirements
- To focus on improving quality standards, rejection and rework
- To Effectively handling dispatch, schedules preparations as per customers plan and adhering to the same
