Required Industry & Technical Experience
- Candidates should have relevant experience in manufacturing/engineering industries, particularly in:
- Pressure Vessels
- Heat Exchangers
- Cryogenic Oxygen Tanks
- Gas Line Piping
- Surface Condensers
- Hands-on experience in fabrication and production activities related to Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Surface Condensers, and Piping is required.
- Valuable knowledge of welding processes and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Strong experience in manpower handling and material planning.
- Ability to identify production-related issues and implement effective problem-solving techniques in coordination with the team.
- Should be capable of guiding and training junior-level team members for skill development and production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities.
- Monitor day-to-day production and ensure work is completed as per the planned schedule.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets.
- Coordinate material planning and ensure the availability of required materials for production.
- Supervise fabrication and welding activities while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Review engineering drawings and ensure production activities are carried out as per specifications.
- Resolve production-related challenges through effective teamwork and coordination.
- Guide, train, and mentor junior team members to improve their technical skills and productivity.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
