- 7+ years of QA/Testing experience
- 2+ years of experience in QA Lead/Team Lead or similar leadership role
- Robust experience in Manual & Automation Testing
- API Testing and SQL/Database Testing
- Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum
- Experience in defect management, RCA, and production issue validation
- Good understanding of Performance Testing (JMeter preferred)
- Experience with Playwright/Selenium and Python/Java is preferred
- Strong team management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the QA team
- Plan and manage QA activities across sprints and releases
- Drive automation, API, database, regression, and integration testing
- Monitor QA progress, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness
- Coordinate with Development, Product, DevOps, DBA, and Business teams
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and product quality
