Job Profile

1. Candidate will be based at Mumbai and responsible for handling Sales & marketing domestic Nutraceutical Ingredients covering West zone and Pan India domestic Market .
2. Candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers and generating new business opportunities in the domestic market.
3. Candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer visits to maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Candidate will be responsible for providing product samples, coordinating sample dispatches, and managing sample and commercial stock.
5. Candidate will be responsible for following up with customers on enquiries, quotations, projects, commercial discussions, and order closures.
6. Candidate will be responsible for preparing visit reports, CRM updates, sales forecasts, monthly MIS reports, and customer status reports.
7. Candidate will be responsible for collecting market intelligence, competitor information, pricing trends, and customer feedback to support business growth.
8. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with regulatory, technical,



and internal teams to provide customer support, product documentation, and project updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile (7 Important Points)

1. .Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. with 45 years of experience in Nutraceutical Ingredients, Pharma Ingredients, or Specialty Ingredients sales covering West zone and Pan India domestic Market.
2. He should have experience in domestic B2B sales and business development.
3. He should have solid communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
4. He should have experience in CRM, sales planning, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
5. He should have knowledge of nutraceutical products, ingredients, and market applications.
6. He should be willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities across assigned territories.
