Role Description: The Assistant Manager Operations position at Wild World India is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. The position involves managing and coordinating all day-to-day travel operations, including hotel reservations, local transportation, and flights. As part of a SMALL team, you will work closely with other members and local partners to deliver top-quality, end-to-end travel solutions

Role responsibilities

Coordinating tour operations across India (no mean task!)

Monitoring all tour logistics to provide a seamless travel experience for clients

Liaising and coordinating with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local destination partners

Managing airport arrivals, departures, hotel transfers, and city excursions

You must have

- A minimum of 7 years’ experience handling tour operations for inbound travel
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of strong customer service orientation and quality focus




- Fair knowledge of designing travel itineraries and costings

Strongest candidates will have:

- A solid sense of ownership, essential for working in a small team
- Strong work ethic and independent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel when required within Delhi and outside
