Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in Field Sales.
- Overall, 3-6 years of experience in Field Sales, Insurance Sales, Financial Services, BFSI, or related sectors.
- Prior experience in the Health Insurance industry will be highly preferred.
- Proven experience in handling a team of 20-30 Sales Advisors and 2-3 Team Leaders.
- Strong understanding of sales planning, territory management, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Experience in executing BTL marketing campaigns and field activation programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
