Role & responsibilities

- Lead corporate / site EHS audits, reviews, and compliance checks.

- Monitor incidents, trends, and performance via Raksha portal.

- Conduct site visits (1820 days / month) for assessments and walk-downs.

- Deliver training on HIRA, JSA, SOPs, and critical activities (WAH, lifting, confined space etc.).

- Review leading / lagging indicators and emergency preparedness.

- Drive safety initiatives, awareness campaigns, and corporate events.

- Investigate major / fatal incidents and ensure preventive action.

Support client / external audits and mobilization / demobilization safety

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduation in Engineering / Safety.

- Lead Auditor Certification ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

- Safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH preferred).

- 10 - 12 years EHS experience in construction projects.

- Robust audit, compliance, and risk management skills.

- Data-driven, proactive, and effective communicator.

- Willing to travel extensively.
