- Assistant Manager – Contracts (Civil & Finishes)
- Industry: Luxury Villas and Bungalows – Real Estate
- Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all pre and post contract activities, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
- Lead project management activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage vendor development, including evaluation, onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Conduct detailed rate analysis and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee project budgeting, cost analysis,



forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Travel to project locations as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech – Civil ).
- 5–7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development.
- Experience in rate analysis, contract negotiations, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in real estate, preferably luxury villas, bungalows, or high end residential projects.
