Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional with 7 to 8 years of core experience to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive key people initiatives. In this role, you will lead Performance Management Systems (PMS), oversee HR compliance, coordinate Learning & Development (L&D;) programs, manage recruitment, and streamline HR processes using HRMS platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between management and employees to foster high engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across functions and locations.

- Coordinate employee induction, documentation, and HRMS updates. • Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee confirmation processes.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee relations initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage employee engagement activities and organizational events. • Support payroll inputs, attendance management, leave administration, and perks coordination.
- Assist in policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for HR-related activities.
- Support HR audits and prepare required documentation.

Experience

- 7+years of experience in Human Resources, from Any manufacturing company.
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR reporting tools.
