Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of solar PV projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, procure, install, test, and commission solar PV systems.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

- 12-16 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field with expertise in solar design and installation.

- Solid understanding of helioscope software for optimizing system performance.

- Experience working on large-scale solar power plants (>50 MW) using PVSyst modeling tools.
