Job Summary

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive channel sales, strengthen distributor relationships, and expand retail presence for a leading stationery portfolio across the territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow channel sales across the assigned territory.
- Build and oversee distributor relationships and performance.
- Drive retail expansion through new outlet onboarding and coverage growth.
- Lead market development initiatives to increase category share.
- Handle and mentor the on-ground sales team to achieve targets.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Distributor Management, or Retail Expansion.
- Experience in Pens, Stationery, or similar industries preferred.
- Robust distributor/channel management and retail expansion experience.
- Excellent communication, team-handling and market development skills.
