About the Role

Grrowwide Group is looking for a dedicated and ambitious CA Article Assistant to join our growing team in Borivali East. This role offers hands-on exposure to statutory audits, direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, and corporate advisory, providing a solid foundation for your Chartered Accountancy career.

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit Engagement Support

* Execute audit procedures, including substantive testing, internal control evaluations, and risk assessments.
- Prepare and maintain meticulous audit documentation and working papers per professional standards.
- Assist in drafting audit reports and management letters.

1. Tax Compliance and Advisory

* Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns in compliance with statutory laws.
- Support senior team members in tax planning, compliance, and advisory assignments.
- Conduct regulatory research on changing tax legislation and updates.

1. Accounting and Financial Reporting

* Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in financial statement preparation.
- Perform timely bank, ledger,



and vendor reconciliations.
- Contribute to preparing management reports and financial analyses.

1. Professional Development & Team Collaboration

* Adhere strictly to the ICAI code of ethics and professional standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional team members.
- Gain hands-on proficiency in advanced accounting and ERP software.

Qualifications & Eligibility
- ICAI Eligibility: Must be eligible to register as an Article Assistant under a Chartered Accountant / CA firm.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially advanced MS Excel.
- Software Familiarity: Working knowledge of accounting and ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, Logic ERP).

Compensation

- Remuneration: As per industry standards (commensurate with qualifications and interview performance).
