Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Art Director to lead creative direction across graphic design, video, and motion graphics. The role will work closely with clients, own the creative process from brief to final delivery, and guide the team in developing innovative and impactful visual solutions.

Role & responsibilities

- Own the creative process end-to-end, from understanding the brief and developing the concept to defining the visual direction and overseeing final execution.
- Lead client-facing creative discussions, including presenting creative concepts, explaining the creative rationale, understanding client feedback, and maintaining the overall creative vision.
- Research and explore emerging design trends, creative platforms, websites, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
- Challenge conventional approaches and develop cutting-edge visual solutions based on client and business requirements.
- Develop the visual direction, look and feel, and storytelling approach across graphic design, video, motion graphics, presentations, campaigns, and events.
- Balance creative ideas with practical production requirements, timelines, technical feasibility, and available resources.
- Guide and mentor designers, review creative output, and maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.




- Leverage AI and emerging creative technologies to enhance ideation, visual development, and creative workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design, creative development, or Art Direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, graphic design, video, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, After Effects, and Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Google Studio, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, composition, branding, video, and motion.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop original and impactful creative solutions.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to understand and balance both creative and practical production requirements.

Shift Timings:

- Should be comfortable in working 24x5 environment and working from office
- Should be comfortable working in monthly rotational shifts 06:00 am to 03:00 pm, 02:00 pm to 11:00 am and 10:00 pm to 07:00 am
