Oyster Lifestyle Bath Concept Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – UPVC Doors & Windows to strengthen our project sales and market development team.

Location: Delhi

Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
2. Develop project business for UPVC Doors & Windows through direct and institutional sales. 3.Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers and project consultants.

3. Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong project pipeline.
4. Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
5. Develop territory-wise sales and business development strategies.
6. Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
7. Understand project requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.

Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth order execution.
9. Follow up on order processing, dispatch, collections and outstanding payments.

11.Maintain sales reports, project pipelines, forecasts and MIS.

Identify opportunities to expand market presence and increase business.

Desired Candidate Profile ✔ 4–6 years of relevant experience in UPVC Doors & Windows Project Sales

✔ Solid understanding of the UPVC market and project sales cycle

✔ Proven network with architects, builders, contractors and developers

✔ Strong market knowledge and customer relationships

✔ Excellent team-handling, negotiation and business development skills

✔ Graduate / Post Graduate from a reputed institution
