- Handle end-to-end sales of recent and vacant properties through leads assigned in the CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate and conduct property site visits for interested clients.
- Negotiate with buyers and ensure successful deal closures.
- Achieve a target of 5–6 prospective site visits every week.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Build strong customer relationships throughout the property-buying journey. ????????? ????????????:
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Strong customer-handling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Energetic, confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.




- Must own a two-wheeler for client meetings and property visits.

- Fixed salary of ₹3–4.7 LPA.
