Role & responsibilities

- In charge for Franchise Operations for the Lucknow HQ.

- Onboarding (Sign Up) and revenue generation from franchise outlets.

- Handholding the Franchise for successful business outcome.

Field work at retail chemist level.

- Personal interaction with prospective clients.

- Regular store visits with team for smooth operations & conflict resolutions.

- Achievement of Franchise onboarding (Sign Up) & revenue targets on month-to-month basis.

Preferred candidate profile

- Existing ABM from Pharma/OTC background.

- Minimum of 8-10 years experience

- Knowledge about retail chemist market of the state.

- Experience in Generic Pharma market will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

- Should be a valuable negotiator.

- Clarity in thoughts & actions.

- Should be capable to lead by examples.
