1. Conduct requirement discussions with clients to understand and document their architectural needs, preferences, and project requirements.
2. Prepare and develop floor plans based on the client's requirements, site conditions, functional needs, and applicable design standards.
3. Conduct discussions with clients to present and explain the proposed floor plans, gather feedback, and incorporate required revisions.
4. Review and verify the 3D designs prepared by freelance 3D designers to ensure they align with the approved floor plan and design requirements.
5. Review and verify the technical details, architectural elements, proportions, and overall feasibility of the elevation design before finalization.

Coordinate with freelance 3D designers and provide necessary guidance, corrections, and technical inputs to ensure the design is completed accurately.
7. Finalize and confirm the materials specified in the approved design and provide the required material details to the estimation team for accurate project costing and estimation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
