Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative architectural products and modular building solutions.
- Translate design concepts into practical, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
- Prepare and develop 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and proposal teams throughout the product development process.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles to architectural and product solutions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of modular and prefabricated construction systems.
- Support architectural proposals, concept development, and client presentations.
- Research emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in modular and prefab construction.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- 2+ years of professional experience in architecture, product development, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in 2D & 3D architectural design software.
- Excellent design thinking, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles.
- Robust interest in prefabrication, modular construction, and product design.
- Ability to develop concepts with both design intent and practical manufacturability in mind.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
