Job Requirements

- B.Arch. degree from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in designing residential and commercial projects.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is compulsory.

- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools for architectural design and workflow automation is compulsory.

- Strong understanding of architectural planning, design development, working drawings, and detailing.

- Ability to independently handle design assignments from concept stage through detailed design.

- Coordination with structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC, site/engineering teams and other stakeholders.

- Knowledge of applicable development regulations, building codes and approval requirements will be an advantage.

- Solid communication, coordination and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare and develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential and commercial projects.

- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings municipal drawing and detailed architectural drawings.

- Develop 3D models and presentations using SketchUp.

- Use AI tools to improve design development, visualization, documentation and workflow efficiency.

- Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP requirements.

- Review drawings and coordinate with the site team during execution.

- Ensure design accuracy, quality and adherence to project requirements and timelines.

- Elevation / Façade designing Experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
