Role – Architecture engineer

Experience – 3 to 5 years

Education - B.Arch / M.Arch qualification.

Notice Period – Immediate joiners to 30 days

Location – Chennai

- COA registration preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Good knowledge of architectural planning, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or other 3D software will be an added advantage.
- Practical knowledge of building construction and site execution.
- Experience in coordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants.
- Knowledge of CMDA / DTCP / Corporation approval drawings and relevant building regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, site engineers, contractors and consultants.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites and handle site-related architectural requirements.
- Ability to understand project requirements and provide drawings/details within the required timelines.
