Architect - Java & Agentic AI

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect - Java & Agentic AI to contribute to the design and development of our nextgeneration AI orchestration platform. You will work on building Agent to Agent (A2A) communication systems, dynamic routing logic, and integrating GenAI frameworks into enterprisegrade backend systems. This is a handson role requiring strong backend expertise, AI integration skills, and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Development Build scalable, secure, and highperformance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Agentic AI Integration Implement autonomous agent workflows, connect LLMs, and integrate frameworks like LangChain4j.
- Dynamic Routing Logic Develop promptdriven routing mechanisms to interpret user intent and dispatch tasks to specialized AI agents.
- API & Realtime Communication Design RESTful APIs, gRPC, and WebSocketbased communication for chatbot and orchestration systems.




- Cloud & DevOps Collaboration Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines across AWS/GCP/Azure environments.
- Team Collaboration – Partner with architects and leads to ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and compliance.

Required Technical Skills

- Java & Spring Boot – Robust expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices.
- EventDriven Systems – Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other asynchronous messaging systems.
- Agentic AI & GenAI – Handson with LLMs, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent workflows.
- API Development – RESTful APIs, gRPC, WebSockets, and secure integration patterns.
- Cloud & DevOps – Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines.
- Security & Compliance – Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and encryption standards.
