Job Details

Position: AR Caller – US Healthcare RCM

Experience: Minimum 1 year in End-to-End RCM

Qualification: Any Degree – Mandatory

Location: Vadapalani, Chennai

Work Location: Close to Vadapalani Metro Station

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 Take-Home

Interview Mode: Direct Walk-in

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US Healthcare accounts.
- Manage AR activities for Physician Billing and/or Hospital Billing.
- Perform insurance follow-ups through calls and appropriate channels.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, underpayments, and outstanding balances.
- Identify the root cause of denials and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status and payment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update account information.
- Meet individual and team productivity and quality targets.




- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts and maintain process compliance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Robust understanding of end-to-end RCM processes.
- Good knowledge of Denial Management and AR follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates with Physician Billing or Hospital Billing experience can apply.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
