- Assist the Production team in day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Learn and support food processing and production operations.
- Monitor production processes and follow quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Support manpower coordination and shop-floor activities.
- Follow GMP, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety practices.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and other departments.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
