Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
- Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize write-offs.
- Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes to optimize revenue streams.
- Collaborate with US healthcare teams on medical billing and claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in AR calling, denial management, or related field.
- Robust understanding of US healthcare systems and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/insurance companies.
- Proficiency in RCM software applications such as Epic Systems or similar tools.
- Freshers and people who don't have the relavent experience please don't apply
