Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Support and Training:

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support for GE ultrasound equipment, including system setup, installation, and operational training.

- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals (radiologists, sonographers, and technicians) on the use of GE ultrasound systems, focusing on key features, protocols, and advanced imaging techniques.

- Offer hands-on clinical demonstrations of ultrasound systems in clinical environments, ensuring that end-users understand the technology and its applications in patient care.

- Develop and deliver customized training programs to suit the specific needs of each healthcare facility, ensuring successful integration and optimal usage of ultrasound systems.

1. Clinical and Technical Support:

- Act as a technical and clinical resource for healthcare providers, assisting them in using GE ultrasound systems effectively to achieve the best diagnostic results.

- Provide real-time troubleshooting and on-site support for any operational or clinical issues encountered by users.

- Collaborate with the sales team to address client queries, assist in product

demonstrations, and support the sales process by offering clinical and technical insights.

- Work closely with the Service team to ensure timely resolution of any equipment-related issues, providing feedback on product performance and user needs.

1. Clinical Integration and Application Guidance:

- Ensure proper clinical integration of GE ultrasound systems into the healthcare

facilitys workflow, offering guidance on system configuration, image optimization, and best practices.

- Advise on ultrasound imaging techniques, protocol customization, and new clinical applications to maximize the use of GE ultrasound technologies.

- Assist in the preparation of ultrasound imaging protocols, assisting healthcare professionals with adjusting settings and features based on clinical requirements.

- Support clinical evaluations and product trials,



ensuring that the system is being used effectively and offering clinical solutions based on the user’s needs.

1. Customer Relationship and Support:

- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinical users, and decision-makers in the healthcare facilities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and product loyalty.

- Provide ongoing support to existing customers, including follow-up training and guidance as needed, to maintain long-term relationships and maximize the value of GE ultrasound products.

- Assist in the identification of additional needs or recent applications for ultrasound systems within existing accounts, contributing to future sales opportunities.

1. Clinical Feedback and Product Improvement:

- Gather clinical feedback on ultrasound system performance, identifying any challenges faced by healthcare professionals in using the equipment.
