About the Role

We are looking for a TIBCO Integration Developer with hands-on expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and TIBCO EMS to design, build, and support robust integration solutions. You will work across SAP and File Adapters, troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows, and collaborate using modern development and tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain integration workflows using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x
- Configure and manage messaging using TIBCO EMS
- Administer and support integration environments using TIBCO Administrator
- Build and maintain integrations using SAP Adapter and File Adapter
- Develop supporting components using Core Java
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integration workflows to improve performance and reliability
- Design and consume APIs and web services to support integration requirements
- Track and manage work using Jira, and manage source code using GitHub
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready integration solutions
- Document integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for deployed integration solutions

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO EMS




- Experience with TIBCO Administrator
- Experience with SAP Adapter and File Adapter
- Strong programming skills in Core Java
- Proven track record of delivering robust integration solutions
- Skilled in Jira and GitHub
- Experience with APIs and web services
- Robust troubleshooting, optimization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle complex integration challenges

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Public Sector or government engagements
- Familiarity with TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x (for future migration awareness)
- Experience with other TIBCO products (ActiveMatrix, Hawk, MFT)
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and SOAP/REST web services
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
