About the Role iApp Technologies LLP is looking for an Ad Growth Manager/Specialist to drive the growth, user acquisition, engagement, and monetization of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product growth and user acquisition strategies.
- Drive app growth through ASO, paid ads, social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Optimize iOS & Android app listings to improve visibility, organic installs, and conversion.
- Plan and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, etc.
- Track key metrics including installs, CAC, ROAS, retention, conversion, and revenue.
- Identify recent growth opportunities through competitor, market, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with product, creative, development, and marketing teams to improve product performance.
- Contribute to app monetization strategies including ads, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.

Required
- 3–6 years of experience in App Growth,



Performance Marketing, ASO, User Acquisition, or Mobile Marketing.
- Strong understanding of app growth and monetization.
- Hands-on experience with ASO and at least one ASO tool such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, data.ai, FoxData, or similar.
- Experience with paid acquisition platforms and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into growth strategies.

Good to Have: International/USA market experience, influencer marketing, D2C/product marketing, and experience managing creative teams Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
