Ambulance Fleet Manager – Karauli Diagnostics

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the ambulance fleet of Karauli Diagnostics.

- Ensure all ambulances are available, clean, safe, and ready for service.

- Coordinate ambulance bookings and assign the right ambulance and driver as per requirement.

- Monitor ambulance movement and ensure timely pickup and drop-off of patients.

- Coordinate with drivers, nursing staff, doctors, hospitals, and patients' attendants.

- Ensure ambulances are equipped with required medical and emergency supplies.

- Regularly check oxygen cylinders, first-aid kits, stretchers, wheelchairs, and other essential equipment.

- Maintain proper records of ambulance trips, fuel usage, maintenance, and expenses.

- Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient use of vehicles.

- Schedule regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs of ambulances.

- Ensure all ambulance documents such as RC, insurance, permits, PUC, and fitness certificates are valid and up to date.

- Ensure drivers follow traffic rules, safety procedures, and company policies.

- Monitor driver attendance, performance, and duty schedules.

- Handle emergency situations calmly and coordinate with the concerned team for quick support.





- Maintain cleanliness and proper infection-control standards inside ambulances.

- Coordinate with vendors and service centers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

- Track ambulance downtime and take quick action to minimize service disruption.

- Prepare regular reports on ambulance utilization, trips, fuel, maintenance, and expenses.

- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal records.

- Ensure smooth and professional ambulance services for patients and their attendants.

- Identify areas for improvement and help reduce operational costs and delays.

- Maintain a high standard of patient safety, service quality, and professionalism.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, Ambulance Services, or Fleet Management preferred.

- Experience managing multiple vehicles and drivers.

- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, documentation, and fleet operations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle emergency and time-sensitive situations.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and fleet management software.

- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Responsible, alert, and service-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹13,270.89 - ₹44,976.46 per month
