Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch, distribution and order fulfilment across locations.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Procurement and Finance for smooth supply operations.

- Manage transporters, 3PL partners and logistics vendors, including rates, vehicle planning and performance.

- Monitor warehouse inventory, stock movement, ageing and availability.

- Ensure timely delivery to distributors, customers and sales locations.

- Control freight and logistics costs through route optimization, load planning and vendor negotiations.

- Monitor primary/secondary dispatches, inter-location transfers and pending orders.

- Track and reduce transit damages, shortages and delivery delays.

- Prepare and monitor logistics MIS and key performance reports.

- Drive process improvements, SOPs and automation in logistics operations.

- Ensure compliance with company,



transportation and warehouse procedures.

- Lead and monitor the performance of the logistics/supply chain team.

Skills Required

- Robust knowledge of FMCG logistics and distribution.

- Good understanding of warehouse and inventory management.

- Experience in transporter / 3PL management and freight negotiation.

- Strong knowledge of dispatch and order fulfilment processes.

- Ability to manage logistics costs and optimize transportation.

- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel/MIS.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Good planning, coordination and team-management skills.

- Strong ownership, follow-up and execution ability.
