- Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process across all departments.
- Monitor budget performance, analyse variances, and provide strategic insights to management.
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Oversee daily financial operations of two plants including billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cost accounting
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with auditors and manage external audit processes.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Manage the team of 3~5 people (Team handling experience is must).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance frameworks, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in ERP system (SAP).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
