- Knowledge of Automotive Paint Shop and processes.
- Working experience in Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering for Paint Shop equipment like Top coat booth, oven, sealer line and work area.
- Facility study and installation/ modification for introduction of New model in Paint shop
- Spec sheet making, equipment order, P&I; drawings check, Installation & Punch point countermeasure.
- Prepare equipment installation and modification plan and schedule.
- Painting Process, Quality and appearance parameters knowledge
- Paint material (Primer, Base, Transparent, Thinners) knowledge
- Knowledge of Auto CAD/ NX for drawing making
Preferred candidate profile
- Working experience in Automobile Paint Shop (preferably OEM)
- Experience of Paint shop Production Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering
- Willingness to work during holidays, shutdown & night shifts
- Handle work pressure
