Our client is looking to strengthen their TA function with a self-driven, hands-on recruiter.

Key Requirement: MUST be from NON-IT / Manufacturing TA Background

Role Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition across functions for a manufacturing organization with strong focus on Head Hunting and Direct Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Handle hiring across levels & functions - Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QA, Finance, HR etc.

Head Hunting & Self-Sourcing : Expert in direct sourcing through different platforms like Naukri ,LinkedIn RPS, headhunting, networking, referrals, market mapping. Minimal dependence on consultants.

Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, define JD and close positions within TAT.





Process & MIS: Maintain recruitment tracker, ATS, offer to joining ratio, dashboards. Should have hands on experience in EXCEL.

Employer Branding: Support in branding initiatives via LinkedIn l

Desired Candidate Profile: MBA with 3-6 Years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition

Must have: Experience in Alcobev / FMCG / FMCD / Manufacturing / Consumer / Pharma / Auto hiring or related Industry.

IT / ITES / Staffing background strictly NOT considerable.

Proven expertise in Head Hunting, Market Mapping & Self-Sourcing (not just consultant-dependent)

Experience in closing lateral hires across commercial & operations functions

Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills

Should be a Diversity Candidate

Solid communication, aggressive closer, self-starter and hands on experience on MS Excel.
